Fill Up Your Life Treasure Box With Gems That Provide Peace In Trying Times
When we fill our Treasure Boxes with gems like love of family, love of God and His creations, and love of humanity, and when we embrace virtues like honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we will know that we can depend on pearls such as these to see us through the hardest of times.
An empty treasure box gives us nothing to cling to when life storms hit us hard, when loved ones die, or when life challenges our resolve to do what is right. What an unhappy place this world would be in this situation; no one wants to be alone or feel that it is hopeless when we are in the middle of a storm. This is why we need to fill our boxes with treasures that cannot be blown away or washed away in a storm.
Also, knowing how to respond appropriately to a challenge protects the peace around us or restores the peace. That means changing the default switch inside our minds that we use every time we respond to the same type of situation in the future. We need to know how to change that switch through proper education and training.
